My latest row hasn’t appeared.

Check that the workout is saved in your Concept2 Logbook first. Catch imports from the logbook, rather than from your rowing machine. Open Profile → Settings → Concept2 logbook, check the connection and import your rows. If the connection expired, disconnect and connect again. If a workout still does not appear, email us its date and the type of workout; you don’t need to send your entire history.

Why are some metrics or comparisons missing?

Catch works with the measurements in each workout. A manual row or summary-only import cannot provide a measured heart-rate or split chart. Comparisons also need relevant history: different formats, distances and effort types may not be comparable.

How do I restore a voyage purchase?

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, open Catch’s voyage library and choose Restore Purchases. Apple handles payments and refund requests through Report a Problem.

Can I record a workout in Catch?

Catch is for reviewing your completed rows. It does not record live workouts or pair with your machine. Import through Concept2, or open Rows and use the manual-entry option when you need to add a row yourself.

How do I export my rows?

Go to Profile → Settings → Export all rows. Catch creates a CSV containing your workout summaries, including work and rest distance when available. Choose where to save or share it.

How do I disconnect or delete my data?

In Profile → Settings → Concept2 logbook, choose Disconnect Concept2. Imported rows remain on your device. To remove Catch’s local data, disconnect first and then delete the app in iOS. Offloading keeps app data. Backups, exported files and workouts in Concept2 are separate copies. See your data controls for the full steps.

Will my rows move to a new phone?

Catch does not have a cross-device Catch account or its own cloud-sync service. Apple device backups may restore app data, depending on your settings. You can reconnect Concept2 and import its workouts again; manual rows and settings are not stored in Concept2. Export your history before changing devices.

Where can I find the privacy policy?

Read the Catch privacy policy, including what stays on your device and what is handled by Concept2, Apple and our hosting providers.
